Was here a while ago and had good food with friendly service. The only downside is that the tables were way too close together for my taste. But it's certainly different since Corona.

You can eat well there, service friendly. A minus point, no data is recorded as is currently required by the authorities due to Corona.

We visited a very good friend in Linden and came across this small but very good restaurant. Not only the kitchen is exceptionally tasty, but also the owner (Manu) and the staff are very friendly and fulfill almost every wish. Manu keeps his guests happy and doesn’t miss the opportunity to have a short conversation at one or the other table, this creates a special feel-good atmosphere. The restaurant is wonderfully centrally located in the city center of Giessen so that it can be easily reached by car, bus and train. Nice location in Giessen. Fair prices, good quality and a friendly team. A good and welcome addition to what is on offer in the city center. You can sit nicely now in summer, right by the action on the church square.

I often come there to eat with my daughter I really have to say the very friendly service is really super great 5 stars are not enough you are served really great here also child-friendly very little there but here it is just super great only to recommend so great

Friendly little Italian restaurant in the heart of the city (probably under Turkish management). The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, the female waitress very friendly and attentive. The prices are noticeably above average. We tried the spaghetti carbonara ("the real recipe") and frutti di mare. The food came quickly and we found it very pleasant that the ventilation worked very well and that the clothes did not smell after eating. Both meals were exceptionally tasty, we were pleasantly surprised, and the taste was independent. Therefore, the increased price is perfectly fine. The portions were a bit smaller than usual, which suits me personally, because then you can still fit your starter and dessert in the future ;-) The restaurant fits very well if it can be a little more sophisticated. We could not find any real weakness, and can recommend the restaurant without reservation.

Today I was able to enjoy incredibly delicious spaghetti carbonara at Manu. Delicious. The ambience, the furnishings and the service convince all along the line. 1 star deduction for the noodles being charged extra. For example, my dish costs 9.80 € plus 2 € for the spaghetti. Why not the total price? In addition, the portion was not particularly large.

I ordered a veal escalope with fried potatoes. I was served a veal escalope with fried potatoes and ham cubes. When I wanted to complain, because I do not eat pork (which are served with the fried potatoes with ham cubes, was also not in the menu! - something must be declared with) I got in response that I could pick out the ham cubes yes. Sorry, but at such a price, an absolute impudence.

In Gießen, there is no better price-performance ratio in the gastronomy area in my opinion. Have tried many different dishes and was always thrilled. The kitchen is very fast and the menu very versatile. In addition, there is a changing weekly menu, which also provides variety. The staff is very friendly and extremely flexible regarding their own wishes for the dishes from the menu. Great ambience and very central. Can you really only recommend!

Great restaurant, with great and fresh food. Unfortunately, we were twice out of luck when we wanted to eat for two. We were always pointed out that we had not reserved and unfortunately the whole place would be fully booked. During both painting, we went after long walks, over again and again (in 30-minute intervals) at the local and found that always some places were free. Unfortunately, nothing spontaneous, but those who reserve early, will not regret it.

Was there often. Highly recommended trattoria. Wine and food just great! Had the shrimp pan as a starter and on recommendation of the friendly service beef fillet with penne. Not eaten so well for a long time. I noticed positively that in the morning the boss and in the evening the boss are on site and everything was great. I always like to come back. Keep it up!!!!

With a big hunger we are in the restaurant Manu. After the excellent wine consultation we were served a pizza and a salad. We are very satisfied. The service force has perfected the evening with his positive sympathy. Always happy!!
